Sundays are always a good day to get some solid practice in. Today I did a body scan as I lay in bed. My mind was often distracted by the sound of my kids squabbling next door. This was 8.30am. I did a 3 minute breathing space before going to sort the kids out. After I had dispensed with breakfast and got the day started I handed over to the hubby who took them to the park. Before I got immersed in cooking a roast I did some mindful movement for 20 minutes and then a choiceless awareness sitting meditation for about 10 minutes. If I remember after tonight’s glass of wine I’ll do another 3 minute breathing space before going to bed. Total practice time: 45 minutes
