Started the day with a 3 minute breathing space. Did a walking meditation (10 mins) on the way to pick up kids and another 10mins at home to stretch after a long session sat at the computer. This was followed by a 10min sitting breath and body meditation. I had several mindful pauses/breaths when things felt a bit choppy inside. I plan to do another 3 minute breathing space before bed. Total practice time: 35 minutes
