I forgot in the excitement of having a bit more free time now the kids are both at school to do any meditation during my quiet empty-house time. I started the day with a 3 minute breathing space which is all I can squeeze in if I am taking the kids to school. Then after dinner I did a fifteen minute sitting breath and body meditation. I forgot to walk mindfully – funny how sometimes the mind just forgets! I will do another 3 minute breathing space at bedtime. Total practice time: 20 minutes
