I am getting into this holiday lark a bit too much – again I forgot to do anything while the house was empty. I started the day with a 3 minute breathing space then did another short meditation (5mins) whilst at my allotment. I did some mindful walking and digging but realised I need to do a sitting meditation which I squeezed in for 15mins once the kids were in bed. I’ll do another 3 minute breathing space at bedtime. Total practice time: 25 minutes
