I remembered to do a walking meditation today and the allotment was quiet enough to do a 10min meditation  – very relaxing. I had an unsettling phone call right before picking up the kids and as I walked to their school feeling discombobulated I found focusing on my feet calmed me no end. I did another 10 min practice when the kids went to bed and 2x 3 minute breathing spaces. Total practice time: 30 minutes
