As well as teaching mindfulness in groups I am a qualified relaxation and mindfulness meditation (RMM) coach. The approach taken in RMM coaching is to work one-to-one with clients, identifying what areas of their lives they would like to work on. Together we set goals and a clear home practice plan to enable a deeper level of well-being and self-compassion.
RMM Coaching can be delivered over four sessions or longer depending on the needs of the individual. Meetings can be weekly or fortnightly depending on schedules. These sessions can be delivered in person or via Skype, depending on location.
I have recently trained in EMDR and can incorporate this into 1-2-1 work to help clients better process trauma if appropriate.
I can also deliver the .b (suitable for teenagers) or the eight week Mindfulness-Based Programme or the MBLC (for adults) on a one-to-one basis. The same rates apply.
